Delete your account

A DocSwift account is optional and holds only your email address and an account number, so a Pro purchase can follow you to a new phone.

Delete it in the app

Open DocSwift → Settings → your account → Delete account. It is erased at once.

Or ask us

Email info@softcado.com from the address you signed up with. We delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your email address, account number and sign-in. Your scans are not affected: they are stored only on your phone, never on our side. A Pro purchase stays with your App Store or Google Play account, and purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as the law requires.
