Using DocSwift
You may use DocSwift for your own lawful personal or business documents. You are responsible for the documents you scan, edit, sign and share, and for having the right to use them.
Your files
Your documents stay on your phone unless you share them or back them up to your own Google Drive. We cannot see or recover them. Keep a backup: if you delete the app or lose the phone without one, your files are gone.
DocSwift Pro
Pro is optional. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled; lifetime is a single payment. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. A subscription renews within 24 hours before the end of the period unless you cancel at least 24 hours earlier, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Ads
The free version shows ads after some exports. Pro removes them.
No warranty
DocSwift is provided as is. Text reading (OCR), edge detection and file conversion can make mistakes; check important documents before you rely on them. A signature placed with DocSwift is an image of your signature, not a certified digital signature. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the app.
